When we started Finders’, we wanted to create a coffee shop we would be proud to share with anyone—simple, good, and kind.

In January 2024, we opened Littl Madeleine, a bakery café in Ballantyne, to share fresh, healthy, organic, and less sweet cakes and desserts—the same way we make them for our own family. With gratitude for the support of our local customers, it quickly became a beloved local spot and helped build an environment where great team members could stay, grow, and take pride in what they do.

As we thought about how to give those team members even better opportunities, Finders’ became our next step—a new brand rooted in the core values of Littl Madeleine and built to grow.

At Finders’, we care deeply about coffee. We source the specialty coffee beans from farms, work with great roasters, and roast our own coffee in small batches with intention. We also source ceremonial-grade matcha directly from farms in Ureshino, Japan.

We believe in finding the good. Good people, good memories, and good things build up over time and make our lives healthier and more meaningful. For us, pursuing the good is not a choice. It is the path that feels most true to who we are, and we believe it is good for everyone.
